Ordering Methods
If ordering on-line is not convenient, wheel orders can be faxed or e-mailed to Specialty Wheels Ltd. at (503) 491-8828 or wheelzrus@msn.com. Phone orders may be called in at (503) 491-8848 from 8:30AM to 5PM Monday-Friday, PST.

Prices
Prices are displayed in US Dollars, subject to change without notice. Any changes will be discussed at the time your order is placed. Prices do not include shipping.

Payment
Payment may be made via cash, money order, cashiers check, Visa, or MasterCard. Wire transfers will be accepted with prior arrangements. Personal checks will be held for 3 weeks before the order is sent. All products remain the property of Specialty Wheels Ltd. until final payment is made.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via Fed Ex ground unless otherwise informed or noted on purchase order. Shipping charges are in addition to the price of our products and will be included in the total due at the time of your order. Shipments may not be dropped off without written acceptance at carrier’s discretion. Shipping charges are not refundable.

International Orders
We ship daily throughout the world. International orders must be prepaid using one of the payment methods shown above.

Return Information
We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please e-mail, call, or write us regarding problems with an order for assistance or return authorization number. Returned parts must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging and received by Specialty Wheels no later than 30 days after sale for a refund. No return will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice. Returned items are thoroughly inspected prior to determination of credit, replacement or refusal. There is no refund or return on special order items. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns not due to our error. There is no refund for a shipping charge on returned items.

Damaged Items
When packages appear damaged on arrival, state in writing the condition of the container on the receipt prior to signing. If damage is discovered after opening the container, notify the carrier immediately. We provide good merchandise properly packaged to the carrier. Claims for damage must be directed to the carrier, not to Specialty Wheels Ltd.

Guarantee
Defective merchandise must be returned at customer’s expense for replacement. We will replace defective parts, but cannot accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses occasioned by their use or labor involved in their installation and removal. There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation or abuse. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, for any parts or work used for competition, or performance driving school events. We reserve the right to withhold refund until defective part has been examined and tested.

Product Use
Our products are not intended for off-road use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items purchased are legal and safe for their intended use. Motor sports are inherently dangerous. Specialty Wheels Ltd. is not responsible or liable for any associated injury or damage.

Proprietary Rights
The sale of the Products hereunder to Buyer shall in no way be deemed to confer upon Buyer any right, interest or license in any patents or patent applications or design copyrights the Seller may have covering the Products. Seller retains for itself all proprietary rights in and to all designs, engineering details, and other data and materials pertaining to any Products supplied by Seller and to all discoveries, inventions, patents and other proprietary rights arising out of the work done by Seller in connection with the Products or with any and all Products developed by Seller as a result thereof, including the sole right to manufacture any and all such Products. Buyer warrants that it will not divulge, disclose, or in any way distribute or make use of such information, and that it will not manufacture or engage to have manufactured such Products.

Applicable Law: Jurisdiction and Venue
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. The Oregon State Courts of Multnomah County, Oregon will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of this agreement, and Buyer hereby consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.
