This section of our website is dedicated to the sale of Bargain Wheels, or wheels that have minor flaws to the chrome or paint. We guarantee all our bargain wheels to be of the same quality in craftsmanship and durability as our retail wheels. We do not sell wheels that are unsafe! Our bargain wheels are just as structurally safe and sound as our retail wheels.

BLEMISH WHEEL DISCLAIMER

Specialty Wheels BARGAIN WHEELS department sells wheels that have minor cosmetic flaws that vary in variety and scope. It is solely the purchasers responsibility to ask any and all questions regarding their wheel purchase as Specialty Wheels does not have a return policy on blemished wheels in regards to cosmetic flaws.

Defective merchandise must be returned at customer's expense for replacement. We will replace defective parts, but cannot accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses occasioned by their use or labor involved in their installation and removal. There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation or abuse. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, for any parts or work used for competition, or performance driving school events. We reserve the right to withhold refund until defective part has been examined and tested.

Our products are not intended for off-road use. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items purchased are legal and safe for their intended use. Motor sports are inherently dangerous. Specialty Wheels Ltd. is not responsible or liable for any associated injury or damage. When packages appear damaged on arrival, state in writing the condition of the container on the receipt prior to signing. If damage is discovered after opening the container, notify the carrier immediately. We provide good merchandise properly packaged to the carrier. Claims for damage must be directed to the carrier, not to Specialty Wheels Ltd.

Prices are displayed in US Dollars, subject to change without notice. Any changes will be discussed at the time your order is placed. Prices do not include shipping.

The sale of the Products hereunder to Buyer shall in no way be deemed to confer upon Buyer any right, interest or license in any patents or patent applications or design copyrights the Seller may have covering the Products. Seller retains for itself all proprietary rights in and to all designs, engineering details, and other data and materials pertaining to any Products supplied by Seller and to all discoveries, inventions, patents and other proprietary rights arising out of the work done by Seller in connection with the Products or with any and all Products developed by Seller as a result thereof, including the sole right to manufacture any and all such Products. Buyer warrants that it will not divulge, disclose, or in any way distribute or make use of such information, and that it will not manufacture or engage to have manufactured such Products.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. The Oregon State Courts of Multnomah County, Oregon will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of this agreement, and Buyer hereby consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.
